Anyi-alation, Michigan born, Chicago and Los Angeles bred Hip Hop Emcee, Dancer, Sound Engineer, & Actress. Anyi was born with a heart beating baselines and musical blood flowing threw her veins. She made her album debut on Charli 2na’s solo album Fish Outta Water and the list continues She has made several appearances at many clubs all over the city of Chicago and the Midwest with her group and as a solo performer. Anyi has also hosted & co-hosted many open- mic’s across the city including the Sub-T 606 Tuesday’s the longest running open mic in Chicago. Coupled with have hosted the Shrine Chicago with artists such as Brand Nubian and Smif-N-Wessun. In addition appeared as an opening act for Keith Murray and Jaz-O. Today she is known for being the hottest female engineer in Chicago. She has recorded with such artist as Too Short, Danny Boy, D.A. Smart, Baby Girlz (of Darkside U.C.O.N.N.), Payroll, & The Bucket Boys etc. She has mixed program intros for Chi Blizz and Hood Radio for power 92.3 as well as Coolout Cris for 107.5 WGCI. Not to mention was the first hip hop personality on WGCR Web Radio. Equally important to being the first lady of the power house duo male, female group Artist Network. At the age of 4 she began dancing, thereafter she picked up a trumpet and learn how to read, write & play music. She then starred in a play featured on WTTW-11 with the theater group Worldwide All-Stars until she was 10 years old. She later moved to California where she joined the Crenshaw Elite Choir which led to stellar performances on the Home Show and NBC Now. In 1995 widely Known for her underground hit “House of Blood” led her to opening up for Twista before forming the all female group Lyrisis. With Lyrisis she has shared the stages with MC Lyte, Jurassic 5, K Solo, ED O.G., Souls of Mischief, Bahamadia and won Rapp Search 2001. Anyi brings substance, integrity, and truth, you can see the very true essence of hip hop. Though she wears many hats, Anyi has put in enough work that some of those can consider crowns.
