Rene Avila aka Bboy Turbo Roc of Motion Disorderz crew is a decorated Bboy and performing artist representing Madison, WI. As a native of Madison, he has been teaching break dancing for after school programs for 17 years and with MSCR at the high school and middle school level for over 12 years – holding the longest running Bboy instruction program in the city. He has performed and battled at countless events across the globe and been fortunate to travel the corners of the earth with his dancing, including Chicago Bulls Games (BreakaBulls), Nobel Peace prize summit 2005 Rome, Italy (Call for Peace), and winner of Madison’s own Breakin the Law 2011. For the past 20 years Rene has also been a performing artist for contemporary Native American band Brule.  Trained in multiple styles including, Mexican Folklore, Native American Aztec traditional and several other Funk styles as well, and has been performing and dancing since the age of 8.
